2 weeks left - A note to my team from Andrea

Buenos Noche Chichas. I have been working on this blog for the past 2 ½ weeks and I realized tonight that we only have 2 weeks left, so I thought that this would be a good chance to tell you all and our followers a couple things.

The definition of surreal is: having the disorienting, hallucinatory quality of a dream; unreal; fantastic. I know in the past weeks I have said this to all of you but I truly think this is the only way to describe the experiences we have had here. And we still have two weeks left. Here I am again both excited and nervous about what the next two weeks might bring us. But there is one thing that we all know for sure – these next 14 days will bring us unforgettable memories.

I wanted to tell you all that I am really enjoying our time together and I look forward to our time back home where we can call each other up and say, “Hey I thought of this today and you were the only person I could share it with.” Because I know there are too many experiences that we have had in the past few weeks that no one else, except the four of you, will ever quite understand.

Lastly, I know we are all getting a little more exhausted each day and I know we all are missing home more and more each day. But remember how supportive our friends, family, and co-workers have been and will continue to be for the weeks and months to follow. So lets stay strong chicas and live it up for the next two weeks. Lets continue to enjoy every moment we have together, laugh and cry, take lots of pictures (Jennifer – lots of notes), and keep making our rule book of Peru. Raise our glasses full of Pisco Sours and enjoy every Salud to the fullest, because we all know that this month will forever be a lifetime of memories. Te amo todos (that was suppose to be I love you all)…I hope I got it right Mama Bear.
